Can I cancel my registration? Will I get my money back?
You can cancel your registration at any time through 1 September, 2018. You will get all your money back, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. We cannot offer refunds after September 1, 2018.
Having a conference on a weekend at the beach is a good idea. Can I bring my family? Does it cost extra?
While our main focus is continuing education, we encourage families and try to leave some time for you to be with your family. Your room rate includes a full breakfast and the manager's reception each day for everyone registered with you.
Is it safe to register by credit card over the Internet?
Yes. We use encrypted communication of all sensitive infomation which guarantees secure access.
When will I know my registration is OK?
You will receive an email after your payment has been processed with confirmation and conference details. We will also send a follow-up email.
Will you send me directions with my registration?
No, but you can click here for all the information you need.
Do I get CEUs for attending the conference? How does that work?
You will get an email with a code that lets you access you CEUs certificates within a week after the last day of the conference.
What about hotel rooms?

"Communication Dynamics" shows up on my credit card statement. Who the heck is that?
Communication Dynamics is the authorized registrar for SASEAP. They process your charge and send the money to us. it is less expensive for us than having our own processing, and we pass the savings on to you.
