Accommodations The workshop will be held at the 4-star, oceanfront Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation, 9800 Queensway Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC. Rates include a daily full breakfast and evening reception with free drinks and hors d’oeuvres. We have worked with the hotel to reduce room rates and offer more options. Rates start at $139.00 per night, with rooms in the main building lowered to $169.00 per night including reception and full cooked breakfast--down from $177.00 last year. Conference registration starts at 7 AM on Friday. The conference will end before Noon on Sunday. Plan your stay accordingly. Reserve early; rates increase after August 13, 2010. Note: SASEAP has a contractual commitment for hotel rooms. Before you commit to stay at another location, call us at (866) 372-6222. We will work with you to find lower-cost accommodations and help you avoid the frustrations of staying off-site. We can also help with shared accommodations for groups.
