Accommodations The workshop will be held at the 4-star, oceanfront Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation, 9800 Queensway Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC. Rates include a daily full breakfast and evening reception with free drinks and hors d’oeuvres. We have worked with the hotel to reduce room rates and offer more options. Rates start at $139.00 per night, with rooms in the main building lowered to $169.00 per night including reception and full cooked breakfast--down from $177.00 last year. Conference registration starts at 7 AM on Friday. The conference will end before Noon on Sunday. Plan your stay accordingly. Reserve early; rates increase after August 28, 2010. Each suite offers a private bedroom and spacious living room with two televisions, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dining table. In addition to oceanfront beach access, a water park, and private oceanview balconies for every room, Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation also offers a daily full cooked breakfast, and a nightly manager's reception with free drinks and hors d'oeuvres. A few two-bedroom condos are available from $139.00-$242.00 a night. There are also a few three-bedroom, ocean-front condos.
