Can
I cancel my registration? Will I get my money back?
You
can cancel your registration at any time until 12 August, 2008. You
will get all your money back, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Having
a conference on a weekend at the beach is a good idea. Can I bring my
family? Does it cost extra?
You can bring your family at no extra charge. They can attend all
the after-conference events for free. You will be responsible for their
other meals and anything charged to your room.
Is
it safe to register by credit card over the Internet?
Yes.
We use encrypted communication of all sensitive infomation which guarantees secure access.
When
will I know my registration is OK?
You will receive an email after your payment has been processed with confirmation
and conference details. We will also send a follow-up letter.
Will
you send me directions with my registration?
Yes.
We will send you a Welcome Package with confirmation and directions to the hotel.
Do
I get CEUs for attending the conference? How does that work?
You
will get CEUs for the sessions you attend. We will send you a certificate
following the conference.
What
is the program for this year's conference? When will the final program
be available?

Is there an extra charge for the St. Jude Heart Dissection Lab or the Medtronic Mobile Lab hands-on sessions?
No, there is no extra charge. However, you will have to sign up in advance. If you want to attend either or both, please send an email to Bob Roth telling him what you plan to do.
