Can
I cancel my registration? Will I get my money back?
You
can cancel your registration at any time until 5 September, 2011. You
will get all your money back, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. We cannot offer refunds after September 5, 2011.
Having
a conference on a weekend at the beach is a good idea. Can I bring my
family? Does it cost extra?
While our main focus is continuing education, we encourage families and try to leave some time for you to be with your family. Your room rate includes a full breakfast and the manager's reception each day for everyone registered with you.
Is
it safe to register by credit card over the Internet?
Yes.
We use encrypted communication of all sensitive infomation which guarantees secure access.
When
will I know my registration is OK?
You will receive an email after your payment has been processed with confirmation
and conference details. We will also send a follow-up letter.
Will
you send me directions with my registration?
Yes.
We will send you a Welcome Package with confirmation and directions to the hotel.
Do
I get CEUs for attending the conference? How does that work?
You
will get CEUs certificates on the last day of the conference.
What
is the program for this year's conference? When will the final program
be available?

Who the heck is that?
Communication Dynamics is the authorized registrar for SASEAP. They process your charge and send the money to us. it is less expensive for us than having our own processing. |
